Each collection is born from the encounter between design, craftsmanship and research into materials .
Our genuine leather bags are made from selected and handcrafted natural hides, while our clothing items are designed to flatter different silhouettes, including one-size-fits-all styles .
1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
The term starts from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by him, takes physical possession of the product.
2. Conditions for accepting returns
The return will be accepted only if the product meets all of the following conditions:

Unused , unwashed and in perfect condition.

Presence of original labels, seals, dust bags and accessories

Absence of odors, stains, signs of wear or alterations
The seller reserves the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet these requirements.
3. Genuine leather bags – characteristics of the materials
Our bags are made of genuine natural leather , handcrafted.
By their nature, leathers can present:

small surface irregularities

differences in grain or texture
These elements are not to be considered defects , but represent the value, authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.

Some items of clothing are offered in one size .
Fit may vary depending on:

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

7. Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

The customer is responsible for the product until confirmation of receipt at our warehouse.
8. Refund
After receiving and verifying the return:

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, unless seller's error occurs.
